Getting to Cabo San Lucas
Cabo is situated in the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula, 93 miles south of La Paz, capital city of Baja California Sur. The Baja peninsula is washed by the Pacific Ocean waters, in the west, and by the Sea of Cortes, in the east.
By Air. Los Cabos flights
Los Cabos International Airport is located outside San Jose del Cabo. You can fly to this airport from Los Angeles (USA), Mexico City and Tijuana.
It will then take you approximately 45 minutes by car or bus to travel to San Jose del Cabo from the airport.
By Sea.
Cabo offers excellent marinas.
By car.
Distance from the USA-Mexico border is around 1000 miles on Highway 1.
Distance from Ensenada is around 880 miles.
By Bus.
The bus journey from Tijuana to La Paz to Cabo is about 30 hours.
